What do I do if I have a problem with my order ?

If you face any problem with your purchase, please email us at service@waseemkhadra.com . You have up to 14 days from your purchase date to exchange or to refund the item.

How do I check the shipping status of my order?

You will receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped. If you have not received an email confirmation, contact us for further information.

I received my order but one or several items are missing?

Contact us and a customer service agent will be able to provide you with details regarding your order.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

It will take from 2-7 business days to deliver your order.

When can I expect delivery of my order ?

Deliveries are normally scheduled from Saturdays to Thursdays, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Orders take 2 – 7 business days to be delivered.

How do I change my delivery address ?

If you need to change your address, please reply back to your order’s confirmation email with an updated delivery address or email us at service@waseemkhadra.com before your order gets fulfilled.
